"This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. "Loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful with our needs and the rooms were well appointed. Our only suggestion would be to use blackout curtains in the rooms as they all face the parking lot, which is brightly lit all night. I wore an eye cover, which helped."

"Wir waren 5 Tage im Cascina Papa Mora um uns in der Gegend die erste Etappen der Vuelta 2025 an zu schauen. Eine schöne ruhige Lage mit sehr schönem Garten zum verweilen. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber geräumig und sauber. Das Abendessen ist hervorragend, zubereitet mit eigene Produkte und eine ordentliche Prise Kreativität. Das alles würde schon reichen für eine positive Bewertung aber der Highlight ist das Personal, das schafft eine richtige Wohlfühl-atmosphere. "
