They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, allowed us late checkout with no charge but also gave us great recommendations for hikes and activities. Highly recommend. "

"Lovely hotel.  So cosy, very homely.  I upgraded to a superior, lake view room.  It wasn't expensive.  Would highly recommend doing this if you can.  Huge and spacious room, big bed and a view to die for!  Lovely to wake up to each morning. Clean.  Housekeeping was done well each day. There was a fridge in the room, tea and coffee and a hairdryer if you need it.  WIFI worked well. "Apartment style room had everything needed for our short stay in El Calafate. Restaurant on site if needed. Grocery or downtown area only about a 15min walk. Lunch boxes are available if needed for an excursion or you could buy them from the travel agencies. We enjoyed our stay"
