I give a five since this hotel has special charm. But facilities are not in good shape. Bathrooms are too old and water pressure noted. It has excellent view of the city and sea. Not close to Ushaia. Reminds me the hotels from 100 years ago.

Amazing staff, amazing view!

I would definitely stand this place again. The views out every window are stunning. Restaurant is nice. Staff is super helpful and accommodating. My only complaint, which is not a deal breaker, is that the beds were too firm for me.

The property is basic and could probably use a little updating. The staff was friendly. They missed cleaning our room one day even though our door tag indicated we wanted cleaning. The views are nice from this hotel, and good access to the glacier.
