Great location and superb communication with the hotel via WhatsApp. They were able to accommodate our early check in request and additional bedding for the kids. Lovely little roof top with loungers and a splash pool to cool off in. Very smart decor and wonderful balcony. Kitchen also well equipped and a brilliant shower! Would definitely recommend for couples and families.

Clean and very central. Very helpful staff. Always attentive on WhatsApp when we needed something. Helped us getting a cot and storing our luggage no problem. The only downside is the bar below - a lot of noise until maybe 2am on the Saturday and Sunday but our room (204) was right above. May not be as bad in the other rooms and at the other side of the building.

Apartment was clean and nice with many amenities. It is within walking distance from tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. Although rain shower could use a door as water spills all over the bathroom, creating a mess. Towels could be of better quality. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Everything was perfect in this stylish apartment: hassle-free self check-in, superb cleanliness, details like a kitchen towel, extra toilet paper, sponge etc. and even a free towel service after 3 days. Placed super centrally, it is easy to walk anywhere in Murcia. Parking was a bit more complicated, since I didn't want to pay for the parking garage just next door (but if you do, problem solved) and there is residential parking in central Murcia in certain hours, but you can park at the free Aparcamiento Auditorio Regional (15-2p min walk) or streets around the parking for free. One problem was that I booked an apartment thinking I booked for 3 people, turns out it was only booked for 2 but the night security solved the problem very quick and brought and extra pair of sheets - I had to pay 20 EUR more per night though. So mind the number of people you're booking for or tell them to prepare extra sheets in advance. The WiFi didn't work in the beginning but the host was super responsive and resolved the issue really fast. In general the communication with the property manager over WhatsApp was great and they provided detailed instructions for the check-in. The value was also great. All in all I'd definitely stay here again.

We (mum, dad, 2 kids) stayed here for 3 nights in March ‘26. Check in was straightforward, and the apartment was small but clean. Nice area, tight old streets that come alive in the evening. The apartment has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The kids shared a fold out sofa and they slept well. Huge shout out to the host for retrieving our passports from the safe urgently when we realised at the airport that we had left them behind!! Her responsiveness saved us a lot of problems. Highly recommended.

What a great property! Very spacious apartment with separate bedroom and bathroom. I had a balcony property and it wrapped around 2 sides. Sadly the weather wasn’t great so I didn’t take much advantage of it, or the lovely pool area on the top floor, but I can imagine both would be such a bonus in warm weather. I was on floor 7 and had no issues whatsoever with noise, I slept so well, to say what a residential situation the property is in. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The shower was huge. A decent kitchenette with an oven/microwave which served me well with a pizza one night. Everything was spotless and it’s decorated very contemporarily. The property is about 20mins from both the main train and bus stations, about 10 from the river and cathedral. It’s a remote check in and I got instant responses to my couple of queries pre-arrival - it’s clear that customer service is rated very highly. All in all I’d very highly recommend this property if you want independent but secure accommodation.

Lovely apartment in the middle of the town, loads of shops and food places. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no parking around so have this is mind if you hire a car. Room could have been cleaner as there was loads of dust when I swept on arrival and room wasn’t cleaned for the duration of our stay but fresh towels were provided. Pool is on the top floor with an alright view around. Overall great place to stay and would book again

Gorgeous property with modern design. Loved the studio apartment. Strong AC, comfy bed, clean linens, and great living space overall. The rooftop is a great amenity. There were workers there in the morning fixing stuff which was bothersome but overall (outside of that) it’s a great outdoor reprieve. Great location, walkable, easy access to the apartment. Downfalls: no luggage storage, no taxi cab service calls, and no in-person reception service at ALL. The elevator broke down at some point and had to walk up 6 flights of stairs. Still, even with that, it’s one of the best (budget-friendly) places I’ve stayed in Spain when I needed some rest and chill time.

Super room, in a great area. Perfect for wandering and soaking up the atmosphere of Murcia. We chose a room with a city balcony view (highly recommend) we utilised the balcony on a daily basis. Everything we required for our stay was available. Correspondence via app was great 👍 Recommend you visit 'Correos Mercado Murcia' a short walk from the hotel. Overall...Highly recommend, we had an epic stay here!

Es war alles super. Wir hatten alles was man braucht. Top Lage. Alles reibungslos geklappt. Die einzige Sache war, dass das Wasser in der Dusche immer kalt war, aber die Tage waren so extrem heiß, dass wir es wirklich nicht vermisst haben.
