Area 51

Kiosk check in was a nightmare. Tried to get us to check in again after it said my payment was accepted. We were taken to front desk lobby area where we had to wait again for someone to help us. Kiosk needs some adjusting. Poor guy was the only one helping everyone. He was run ragged.

Front staff very helpful with checkin. The bedroom with the king size bed closet sliding door is off the track.

The hotel is a bit of a walk away from food options outside of the hotel. There were two conventions going on and the hotel restaurants didn't have good hours, and were absolutely packed when they were open. The steak house was never even open when I was there (closed over a busy weekend). Everything else was fine.
