"Staff were excellent and they kept things clean. It's an extremely affordable, albeit somewhat dated property but did have a massive new tv in the room. For anyone just needing a quick stop to rest it'll provide good value for money. Area was quiet."

"The food was not edible for an animal. Kitchen cook was a little handicapped and could not cope with any questions.He got very agitated quickly. I had to buy me breakfast every day for my wife and I. No water pressure in the bathroom sink. We were warned not to stay there.Should have listened"

"First time in Edmonton and made a terrible mistake of booking this run down property in that area of the city. I slept with one eye open and all the lights on. Tear it down and rehabilitate that area of the city."

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. 6 out of 5 stars for Jazz at the front desk for being funny and kind. The location cannot be beat. In today’s world where everything is over priced the Best Western Cedar Park offers superior value at a reasonable price."

"The price for the room was top notch, however the floor was a bit dirty, there was dog food on the floor, the light was missing from the ceiling, the counter peeling, the stove burners broken, However the beds were clean and comfortable and the building was quiet. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast is mediocre at best, but it's better than no breakfast at all. I would stay here again because the price was excellent."
