"We spent 1 week at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. the breakfast was great especially the automatic pancake machine. The staff was super nice and helpful, the cleaning staff and room cleaning was top. I totally recommend this hotel for any family going to Edmonton. I wont hesitate to book this hotel again. "My wife had an unfortunate accident in the lobby. She fell and seriously hurt herself. The staff were attentive and caring, helping call for an ambulance and always asking me how she was doing as she spent 24 hours in the hospital. "
"Excellent clean and quiet place to stay. Very reasonable rates although a little further from the mall but easy to get to on the yellowhead. Rooms were spotless and beds were to dream for. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Nice exercise room. A pool would have been an added bonus but we used the hotel mainly for sleeping. Would definitely stay there again. Well worth it. "
