"Welcoming and helpful staff, good cleanliness. Room was ok, beds comfortable but toilet seat was too small for toilet and wasn’t attended to despite us reporting it. Fire door in hallway bangs loudly each time used due to door closer not working properly making it difficult to sleep. Hotel is very central so external noise to be expected. "
