"One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Most of the staff were really welcoming and friendly ( I say most because there was one security guard who was quite rude to me when I was asking for help). There are also lots of cats on the property (I think they’re wild) which made my stay so much better. I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Rome. Transport to Rome is excellent as well. "

"What a gem! Hotel Universo was a real pleasure to stay at. The facilities and amenities are updated, modern and well appointed. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
