Outstanding property. Amazing pool area. Super neat in every aspect. Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff always there to help with anything in a heartbeat. On top of that, gorgeous location right by the beach.

Hotel, in dem man etwas arbeiten muss.

Wenn man nur kurz dort ist, ist es zu aufwendig. Man muss das ganze Geschirr, Besteck, u.a. zählen und abhaken. Keine englische Version der Liste. Am Abreisetag muss man die Küche putzen und den Müll wegbringen. Für ein Hotel fanden wir das ungewöhnlich und es sollte erwähnt werden bevor man bucht. Die Balkone sind toll, nur kaum benutzbar wenn nebenan geraucht oder gekifft wird. Für Kinder dann ungeeignet und Wäsche trocknen dort auch nicht möglich. Von einer Seite kam bis spät in die Nacht immer Qualm. Ansonsten war alles neu und bequem. Es gibt auch kein weiteres Toilettenpapier, obwohl ein Angestellter es bei der Ankunft sagte. Selbstversorgung.

Toute nouvelle residence d'un très bon standing. Idèale poue un sejour en famille à Arcachon. Un personnel à votre écoute desirant vous offrir un bon service. Le seul point négatif... une très mauvaise connection internet.
