"Everything was great. Arrived at 22.00, checked in remotely using a console in reception, weird, but worked fine. The waiter told us where to park, 5 mins away in a public space but safe and fine. Back at hotel, we checked in then had a lovely meal in the restaurant."

"Loved our stay! So nice to have someone so easy, clean, and comfortable after a long day on the Camino. Initially we didn't have any check in details but after a quick call, that was sorted out immediately and we were allowed to check in earlier, meaning we didn't have to wait around all sweaty after our hiking. "This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly."

"Hôtel propre, mais accueil glacial, aucun sourire, on ne prend pas la peine de répondre à nos questions, on a le sentiment d ennuyer la réceptionniste quand on arrive. Nous avons eu le droit a une coupure d eau, impossible de prendre notre douche le matin avant de partir, l'eau ne coulait pas des robinets, ni de la douche, par contre la chasse d eau fonctionnait. Les prix du restaurant sont excessifs pour ce qui est proposé et tous les autres restaurants ferme très tôt, donc ils ont le monopole....

"I stayed one night as I was doing the Camino. Perfect place to get a little rest and not too far from the original Camino path. You can do laundry and the place is very cozy. Also it was just renovated when I visited so everything was pretty new. The bathroom is 5* The hosts were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here!"
