"Amazing stay. Staff were very professional and friendly. I felt very welcomed and safe. Transfer from hotel to down hill and back was so smooth and available 24/7 which made tranportation incredible easy. Beds were comfortable and a/c very well working. I would come again anytime!"
"Good hotel with a short drive to Haram ( Taxis take SAR 10-20 based on rush/demand). Can walk to Haram as well, but return of Haram is quite steep so could be challenging with family.

"Well I would love to share my experience and I know it will be a weird one . What happened is when I went there I found out that the hotel is closed and under construction so I was so disappointed , then I was able to get hold off the manager and he apologized for me and transferred me to a different hotel the other hotel name was alosol almasiah الاصول الماسيه a very nice hotel and so close to the haram .not sure whose mistake was ? Expedia or the hotel .so the 5 starts rating is not for Retaj...
