"I was disappointed with my stay. the atmosphere did not reflect a 5-star luxury resort despite the high price, i felt more like a crowded public park. There appeared to be a lack of proper regulation, with guests swimming in regular clothes and toddlers using the adult pool despite the availability of a dedicated kids’ area. The overall environment was unpleasant. A beachfront restaurant was grilling directly adjacent to the pool area, which caused strong coal and food odors. The property is also surrounded by ongoing construction sites, which negatively impacts both the view and the overall ambiance. Also the bad smell in the rooms and balcony Overall, the experience did not meet the standards expected of a luxury resort."

"Our stay at Dukes The Palm was truly wonderful. We are a family of 5, and our vacation ended up being extended due to the war and flight disruptions. Despite the unexpected situation, the hotel—and the country—deserve 1000 stars for how they made us feel during this time. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. The level of hospitality we experienced was beyond anything we expected. A very special thank you to Asif, the Rooms Manager, and Alejandra, the Public Relations Manager. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and their kindness meant so much to our family. While we have been looking for flights to return home, the truth is we almost don’t want to leave. It is the first time we have ever felt this way about a place. Thank you to the entire team at Dukes The Palm for turning a stressful situation into such a positive and unforgettable experience."

"We’ve had a wonderful time at the Raffles. The Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming - we did not have to lift a finger. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a stunning suite with views of the Palm/garden/beach. I recommend anyone the Raffles Club - we enjoyed our breakfasts and afternoon tea on the L6 terrace. We will be back soon!"
