Our two bedroom apartment was fantastic. Night quality decor and extremely clean. Our apartment was cleaned twice per day! Staff especially Milena C. And Ahmed Adel were excellent hosts and very attentive! On our departure day they arrange early morning 4 am breakfast for us seamlessly!

We were staying on the ocean side which was a bit noisy. But overall had a great stay. Beach and pool were very nice with an awesome view of Dubai skyline. Breakfast was very good. It was nice to have a kitchen and washing machine in the room.

Excellent hotel and stay. The staff were exceptional ! Front of house, restaurants and at pool/beach. Also the management. I have stayed with every type of five star Hotel from Four seasons, Jumeirah, Hilton, JW Marriott, le Meridian, Sheraton, intercontinental and many individuals world class hotels. Top hotels is always about the staff and management. We stayed at the Kempinski in Vienna which was great and this Kempinski was fantastic on the palm. Thank you !!

Great stay @ the Palm

We have booked 2 bedrooms hotel suite. Got a call from the hotel one day earlier confirming and asking whether we have any requests. Perfect professional and warm welcome from the reception. Been served by Ahmed for the check in, and we felt like everyone in the reception desk is serving us with smiles. Fresh orange juice been offered in the reception. Our suite was excellent, clean and elegant, spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was splendid, with plenty of choice and wonderful staff . The hotel facilities, the beach, the pool and the lush green garden was lovely. Sure will come again.

Outstanding hotel and overall experience….probably the best hotel we’ve experienced and we have stayed in all the main chains in Dubai. We normally stay at the Atlantis royal or Jumeirah beach hotel but the overall experience here at Kempinski was actually better. We had a 2 bed suite which was amazing. Spacious and all the amenities anyone could need. The hotel is in a brilliant location . We did Watersports etc easily. The swimming pool is ace. Aside from all this though, what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They can’t do enough for you. They are just superb, every one of them. The personal touches and service received is just so special. The little things like speaking to the the kids and making conversation with them is so nice. A special mention to Ahmed Adel the night manager who is just excellent and Sophie (I think) who checked us in. A really personal check in experience. When my kids say this is one of the best hotels they’ve stayed at and want to come back , that tells you everything! Can’t wait to come back
