"Property seemed in its infancy a lot you expect just wasn’t there. No phone line to call reception, no shower gel in the shower it’s outside the shower, none of the food is labelled etc. Nice hotel but the sandy beach is smelly and black sand and there is nothing local at all"

"Immaculate, well-maintained property with an equally wonderful host and representative. The villa is located in a very calm and tranquil part of the island. We stayed here for a hen party, and it was an ideal setting for the occasion. All amenities were fully functional, and the property was exceptionally clean, with many unique features that made the stay feel special. The outdoor showers were a fantastic touch. Before, during, and after our visit, we stayed in close contact with Fatima, who was extremely professional, attentive, and hands-on throughout. Everyone at Serendi Villas deserves full credit for delivering such an outstanding experience."

"The hotel itself was lovely, Instagram worthy for sure. However, we stayed with another couple and I booked the stay. Paid the exact same for our 5 night break but our friends stayed in lovely room on the second floor of the main building with a balcony and lots of space (they even had a proper salon-style hairdryer and huge mirror. Even though I booked both rooms and pad for them at the same time, my husband and I were allocated a room that felt more like a hostel away from the main building, no private balcony (even though I paid for one, it was a walk way for the neighbouring room) and It felt cramped and tired and I was properly annoyed that we were in the same hotel and paid the same money but their room was definitely a grade above ours. Not cool from the hotel. Otherwise though, very happy with our stay. Staff are super friendly, food was delicious. Just felt short changed on the room situation. "

"The hotel had only recently opened for the season. On the first day the room was a bit dusty but more or less everything else was fine. Rooms cleaned daily if you required it. The pool needed cleaning out, which was done a few days later. Room was basic but ok. Needed a few more hangers, as some were missing. Fridge and safe in the room. No tea or coffee in the room, although mugs and kettle were included. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant annexed to the hotel. Buffet breakfast was available daily for €12. This was varied each day. You could also buy an evening meal buffet which was €16, but you could also order off the menu. All restaurants shut at 11pm, even this one. Pool was freezing, but then again it was Easter, lovely sun terrace above the pool with sun beds. If we were to come to Ibiza again, we would definetly look to see if this hotel had availability."

"I also didnt want to leave an amazing review as i dont want this place to be as popular. The staff on arrival were so welcoming and helpful and as a solo traveller this is always a bonus. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and just beyond that is the sea. Perfect weather and views all round. The food and drinks at the bar are so reasonably priced and both excellent. Special thanks to Ana she is amazing and also Mario for making me feel so at home."
