"No towels, no tea in the lobby area. You basically have to ask for everything. Breakfast is very poor, so I will not recommend staying here. Maybe for one day maximum."

"Coffee maker was filthy front desk replaced it immediately with a new one, the bathroom mirror lighting needed to be brighter, and there is peeling paint in the unit. Spectator oceanfront view and the staff provided excellent service. Check your receipt before leaving I was charged a breakfast that I didn’t have it was deducted after I complained no problem "

"Fantastic location, right on beach. Bring a chair unless you want to pay$15 daily. There is a parking fee I didn't see online. Breakfast was expensive but there is great food locally, including a Friendly's( mint choc chip) yum! Regular menu looked reasonable. Many bars and lounge areas if you drink. Everyone was so nice. Big clean rooms. Quiet spacious outside. Such a perfect temperature in the pool and bubbly hot tub."

"Once I arrived to the property, I was disappointed when I walked inside. It didn't look like the pictures online( or the high reviews, either) when I made the reservation online. It looked somewhat outdated, and could use a renovation. Also, I didn't realize before booking that it was carpeted through out. I don't like staying at properties that have carpet in the hallways, and especially in the rooms. Those properties usually have an odor, or sometimes a lingering unpleasant scent after a period of time; just like this property has! When I walk in a hotel, I don't want to smell anything- pleasant or unpleasant! No scents please, only fresh air! I asked for another room, because of the scent in the room, and Colleen at the front desk went out of her way for me( above and beyond her job description ), to personally look for a room that didn't have a loud scent! I want to smell fresh air, only! The next room was better, but still had a scent/odor, too. The rooms were clean, but looked cheap/outdated, and they didn't make it easy to use their Wi-Fi. Very limited tv channels, but that was minor for me, because I don't watch a lot of tv. For the price I paid, I have stayed at better hotels. I regretted not going with another hotel that I looked at, first. The breakfast was really good, not a huge selection to choose from, but adequate. Colleen at the front desk was professional, genuinely friendly and kind! Barbara, at the front desk, (during checkout) was very nice and helpful. "

"We arrived to find that we were required to use and pay for Valet parking despite the hotels advertisement that self-parking was available. If there was text to the contrary it was buried and hidden. At the very least either a credit for parking should be given or spaces reserved for hotel guest parking. In the room the lamp between the two queen size beds as broken and hanging at an angle. The refrigerator compressor went on and off all night with a grinding sound. The air intake vent for the AC sounded like being in a wind tunnel. The room looks like it was decorated as an institution with minimal furniture and and minimalist walls and ceiling with cement being a major "decoration". IN fact the entire ceiling is cement so it felt like I was institutionalized. The only thing I liked was the bathroom. I will not be staying there again - decide what you want in a hotel - for me this is not it."
