The room was clean, the staff that I did see was fine, however they did not restock anything for any of the time I was there and I had to wait at the front desk for someone to acknowledge me so I could request toiletries for the bathroom as the bottles were empty upon arrival for a 5 night stay

Room was great for sure! The people that clean the hotel was great as well. Reception need to go no customer service the Jamaican lady is just not the right person to be dealing with customers. I love the hotel brand but you need to be careful of who you use to represent you. Definitely will not be going back was not pleased and I spent 14 nights breakfast was the same I did not have a problem with that, but the fact that you have to wait an hour for them to be opened on a couple occasion and then bagels and other stuff are out is disgraceful. When I booked I was really looking forward to staying here but after a couple nights with the poor receptionist service she never greeted the guest so sad, need to lean from the receptionist over by Hyatt place near by.

Other then the construction that was going on, the property was very clean and accessible. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice. I would stay again! Just one suggestion maybe they could change the washer and dryer to be payable by credit card.
