The location and hotel were great ! The staff was amazing, kind, friendly helpful, responsive, and extremely hospitable. Truly the best of the best. Our family was in transition for a house purchase. Room was great for sure! The people that clean the hotel was great as well. Reception need to go no customer service the Jamaican lady is just not the right person to be dealing with customers. I love the hotel brand but you need to be careful of who you use to represent you. Definitely will not be going back was not pleased and I spent 14 nights breakfast was the same I did not have a problem with that, but the fact that you have to wait an hour for them to be opened on a couple occasion and then bagels and other stuff are out is disgraceful. When I booked I was really looking forward to staying here but after a couple nights with the poor receptionist service she never greeted the guest so sad, need to lean from the receptionist over by Hyatt place near by.
