"Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Konnte das Zentrum auch gut zu Fuß erreichen, das Essen war gut und das Frühstück ausreichend. Da es im Botschafterviertel liegt und die Polizei gegenüber ist, habe ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt."
"Nice big room with a good shower. The location was perfect for our trip. Excellent breakfast and nice wine before dinner. We felt safe and walked everywhere. The check in was very good. The staff took care to make sure we had all our questions answered and organized concerts for us and dinners every night. Would love to stay here again."
"Mama Shelter was a funny and quirky hotel that we overall enjoyed. Our room was large, clean, and mostly comfortable, aside from struggling to get the room temperature to cool down for sleep. It was easy to get to-from old town Prague on public transportation, and there were lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby (we recommend Cafe 7 across the street!). The staff was kind and helpful. We recommend it!"

"Located out of the old town, but only 2 or 3 stops by tram from the very centre. Many tram lines pass by the stop that is just around the corner. My room was bright, spacious and very clean. Reception closes at 8 pm. Didn't get to try the breakfast. "

"As advertised - midrange hotel, clean, friendly, everything worked. Not the latest or most luxurious, but I didn't expect it to be. I shall certainly go back if I have to be in that part of Prague (unlikely, but not impossible as it it's a short walk to the Prusa 3D printer factory). Not wheelchair friendly (but I don't need a wheelchair). But the photo is NOT Hotel Olga, which is an older building in a smaller street."
"Sophisticated facilities in room and kitchen with cookware and plenty of cutlery and crockery, and also provided washing machine in washroom, excellent pillow and bed, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly, experienced really warm welcome. Many nice foods and restaurant nearby. I will miss that stay. "
