"Super clean room. Comfortable beds! Steps away from bus stop & Metro station. Staff was very accommodating letting us in to their office well-before the check-in time so we could drop off our backpacks. We always looked forward to getting back to our hotel room after roaming around in Rome all day! Strong A/C was amaaaazing! On the 4th floor, though, so a bit of a hike up if the elevator is occupied. But all worth it when you get inside as the A/C will cool you up fast!"

"Honestly it was one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in in Europe. Relais Santa Maria was in the perfect location in Monti, surrounded by small Italian restraunts. It was a 10 minute walk to colosseum and overall just a 10/10. They had a daily cleaning and 24/7 reception. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I’m back in Rome ! "

"Hotel is very close to the Cavour metro station which is only one stop from the terminal station so very convenient. Lovely cafes on near street for cheap breakfast and dinner. There is a lift so is great for heavy luggage. Beds are comfy and staff are helpful. "

"Great location. The rooms are very large and we loved how it had a fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and really helped me out. My daughter lost her ring while she was there and they found it and returned it to us. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location for visiting the Vatican and also good transport links for visiting Rome being close to bus stop and train station . We did walk to the Colosseum in an hour. Very friendly and helpful staff ! Very comfortable room and balcony ! The breakfast was excellent . We cannot praise this place enough ! "
