"Clean and quiet and safe and nice"

"We arrived super late the first night of our stay. There wasn’t anywhere else to stay or we would have left. The floor was literally about to fall in on half our room. We stayed in room 324 and there was so much movement in the floor at the second door to bathroom closest to HVAC unit in bathroom and bedroom that it had broke the tile threshold and all the grout out of the tiles in bathroom. Half of the vanity was about to fall off the wall. Major structural damage. We left early the next morning and got out of there and didn’t finish our sta. They said they couldn’t do anything because we booked through Expedia and not direct with them so we got stuck paying our entire stay even though we didn’t joy stayed one night. Do NOT stay here. They do not care about your safety. "

"Not a great hotel stay. Thankfully we were there only one night. Our room smelt old and musty like cats. When my wife called the front desk to ask if we could move rooms, they said sure, but they're allowed in all rooms. So if youre allergic to cats, look for another hotel. The AC in our room wasn't working, so they sent maintenance up to repair it. He got it working pretty quick, but then it quit working ten minutes later. Bathroom wasn't very clean either. There was dried pee around the bottom of the toilet that hadn't been cleaned. Made us wonder what else doesn't get cleaned. We would have switched rooms, but our kids were so tired they had already gone to sleep, plus we were afraid that the next room might be even worse."

"I booked through a 3rd party site and thought the room had a refrigerator and microwave. Upon checking in, I was told the room I booked didn't have them, but other rooms did!. No coffee pot in the room and they didn't have hot coffee in the lobby until 6. We were traveling and left early due to road construction. It was acceptable for an overnight, but wouldn't stay longer."

"Pretty nice hotel for the price! What really made it stand out was how friendly and helpful every single staff member was! The front desk man even came over and helped me fill up our water bottles with a pitcher at the water fountain while I was juggling them with my baby. Whole experience was great and would stay again"
