"The room was very poorly maintained towels for the shower were filthy the shower it self was dirty ( hair left behind from previous occupants) and not to mention bugs in room"

"The room was ok. Staff was gracious enough to give me the handicapped room that was close to the office to stay in since I was traveling alone. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The walls were dingy the carpet was dirty and the light above the bathroom was broken. The refrigerator didnt work. Plus I had read there was coffee in the morning in the office and I was disappointed there wasn’t."

"It’s cheaper for a reason"

"We planned our stay very last minute and couldn’t be more happy about our whole stay here. Yes, it is a small town with little to do immediately nearby, but the staff and the room were phenomenal—especially for the price. The room was clean and updated. 10/10. I did lose my drivers license/ID somewhere in the check-in process, but the guy at the office was kind enough to try to help me find it (I didn’t find it though :( ). He also gave us great recs and activities at the nearby lakes. Will...

"The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower strong, location convenient and breakfast was good. The manager was very responsive and clearly values running a good business. I would stay again."

"The property was clean and close to all the amenities of Big Bear Lake. The bed was not on a bed frame and the mattress was warned out. It felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. There was no dresser nor closet to put clothes. I had to live out of a suitcase. I will not recommend this place to family nor friends."
