"Sarah checked us in and was extremely helpful. We had arrived early and our rooms were ready for check in. She assisted with recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area. We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area"

"I have stayed here twice, but will not be staying here again. I get a not-so-subtle signal that I am not the kind of customer you are looking for. Both times I stayed here the TV in the lobby and the TV in the breakfast room were tuned to FOX. With such a divided country, it isn’t difficult to see what this franchisee, or the Wyndham Corp itself, is trying to say. I’ll be interested to see if other Wyndham locations so the same."

"We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great."

"The hotel was difficult to get to. You can see it from the interstate, but when you get off at the exit, you can't see it. There are no signs directing you to the hotel. I finally found it. The lady working the front desk was ok. Not the most friendly. The room was clean. Had difficulty sleeping because the noise from the interstate which was right across the parking lot, literally. Walk out the room door, walk across the not so wide lot and climb the embankment and you're standing on...

"The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised."

"The staff was very kind and had smiles for my son. It was my first time stopping in West Virginia, and I was pleasantly surprised. I choose it for the pool, but the pool is in the middle of the parking lot, so I don’t recommend it. but the staff were great and it’s very clean."

"We stayed because we needed enough room for 5, that was good. The building is old and alittle run down. First the door wouldn't open, we finally got it to open. We closed the door and needed something else from the car and the door wouldn't open. After several tries we finally got it open. The attendant had to come and take part of the threshold off the bottom of the door,so we could get in and out. I wouldn't stay there again."

"Great hotel with perfect accommodations. Visiting from Miami, Fl and being used to warm/hot weather, the indoor pool was a big plus for the kids. I don't think we could enjoy an outside pool in June in West Virginia. Additionally, the hotel was clean and the full breakfast being available in the morning made it even better. Checkout at 12pm is standard which also made for a pleasant trip! I'd recommend for families for sure!"
