Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy. I like that the hotel is kinda tucked back away from the main road, but still easy to access and close to food. The only complaint I have is more of a personal preference... and that's concerning the shower.. I'd prefer hotter water and more pressure... but again, That's a personal preference... Other than that everything worked fine (lights, faucets, drains, heating/cooling unit, locks, outlets) Definitely worth the price... 10 out of 10 would recommend if you aren't looking for a luxury resort.

The floors where not sweep or mop and they didnt vaccum around the bed because it was dirty.The heat didnt work and the room had a funny smell with the bed sheets and linen dingy however the bed and pillows was very comfortable!Bathroom small and look like the ceiling had black mold and need to be remived Me and wife where so tired we just needed a place to rest that is why i didnt get another room but the room was overprice for the condition it was in.Waiting for management to offer back some type of refund or money back for the bad experience!

The staff was able to get me the same room rate as Expedia which I highly appreciated because I needed two rooms. The staff was very very nice. They have some really good products for free when you walk in and inside the room. I do feel the rooms could have been cleaner I used to be a housekeeper so maybe I'm a little OCD lol. The heater did not work in either my or my mom's it blew out cold air but the view overall I had a good day The view was amazing my first time staying in the mountains.

The room was just what we needed, and clean. We weren't looking for anything luxurious or even really spacious. This wasn't luxurious or spacious, but we were pleased with how clean everything was, and also noticed extra amenities like deodrant, and sunscreen for example. When we entered our room, a pleasant fresh aroma greeted us. The neighborhood may have had some homeless people or other characters that we saw that looked questionable, and the lady at the front desk had her office locked. When we arrived, she came to the window and unlocked for us to come inside. She was friendly and our check-in went smoothly. We were on a business trip and would stay there again because of the good price.

I asked for a first floor room on my reservation, arrived shortly after check in and no first floor rooms were available. I was given a 2nd floor room, opened the door and the bed covers were all over and the room had not been cleaned. Back to the reservation desk and attendant Mike went up to check on another room before giving me a key. No kleenex and the ledge above the door was dirty and the wash cloth and towels had black stains on them. No ice, machine was broken. When I walked the door out back the first floor rooms looked in disrepair and not being used. Today I am staying in a Red Roof Inn in Walterboro SC and they have clean rooms, an ice machine, it feels like a different and better hotel chain. Thanks for listening.
