Great apartment for a couple of nights biking in Aosta. Right in the heart of the old town. Parking can be an issue but worth it.

I will appreciate if you were more flexible with people that have heavy luggage and move from a place to another (as me). We have to find solutions by our own to fix the problem of having our luggage to carry on before the check in.

Zentrale Lage, grosszügige & neuwertige Zimmer

Standort: Nicht leicht zu finden; die Ausstattung ist grosszügig und neuwertig; das Bad ist echt 1A. Zentrale Lage; KEINE Parkplätze in der Nähe! Falls die Registrierung via Online-Formular nicht klappt, dann einfach anrufen und es wird geholfen. Nicht geeignet für Rollstühle da kein Aufzug.

clean and quiet

new, modern, clean, neat and original,spacious,great quiet location despite being close to centre-it was so quiet that I felt like we are the only ones in the building-felt almost isolated.(we travelled in late Aug.) I may not have liked that if I was a solo traveller.Otherwise, all great!

Un peu de déception

Bonjour. Lorsque j'ai fais la réservation pour la nuit du 31/08 au 1er/09/25, je n'ai pas vu (lisiblement !) que c'était un appartement/Hôtel, sans accueil (nous avons eu un accueil virtuel !), sans parking proche. Nous avons dû laisser notre voiture le long d'une avenue, alors que nous avions des objets à l'intérieur. Pour résumer : sans service ! Bien sûr j'ai eu par téléphone ou par WhatsApp, une personne (Barbara). Nous étions 4 personnes, 2 couples de septuagénaires. Nous avons réussi à prendre possession de nos chambres malgré tout. Sur votre site, essayez de mieux rendre visible le faite que ce soit : appartement/hôtel !!! Pour la propreté des chambres rien à dire. Je vous avoues que nous avons malgré tout été un peu déçus par le faite que nous n'avions personne en face de nous. Mon mari et moi-même avions réservé un appart/hôtel à Lyon (France) en 2018, nous avions un accueil ainsi qu'un parking en dessous l'hôtel. Le matin nous avions une petite restauration pour le petit déjeuner avec une personne sur place. Si l'occasion se représente, je ne pense pas que l'on réservera dans votre établissement. Bien à vous.
