"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"Tout a été parfait pour nos 2 semaines de vacances en famille. Chaque matin, Poo nous a préparés de délicieux petits déjeuners toujours variés. Les villas sont loin de la plage et du centre animé d’Ao Nang mais on peut bénéficier de la navette en journée. "Wonderful peaceful location. Amazing staff. Accommodating, helpful, fun! Arranged a beautiful private dinner on the beach, all vegan. It was stunning. Highly recommend for everyone. "Anyavee Tubkaek Beach Resort was like spending 6 days in a wonderful dream. I cried when I left because I just wanted to stay. We were a bit hesitant after seeing some of the reviews about the staff and building maintenance. The Thai sun and the sea are very harsh on a building but, despite that, I thought the resort was maintained very well. And the staff treated us like royalty. Toom was a gem; she was so attentive to our every need! Our family of 4 stayed in a 2-bedroom beachside villa and it was, honestly, the most beautiful and amazing location we have ever experienced. The villa felt luxurious and spacious with plenty of space for our two teens to get comfortable. Tubkaek Beach is quiet and full of natural beauty (just how we like it). We rented a paddleboard and kayak, the kids chased crabs on the beach, and a couple of monitor lizards ambled in the yard as we played in our private pool. We came away completely refreshed and reinvigorated. Thank you!!!"

"Amazing customer service. So friendly and helpful. Was extremely relaxing and would recommend to anyone looking to be on the quiet side of thailand. Room was amazing clean and comfortable. Housekeeping everyday and turn down for the night in the seaview room. We also loved our outdoor private bath (very hot water too) cannot express how much we loved our time there"
