"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"This is a terrible experience for us. We took hotel to stay night and take rest towards our onwards journey but no AC properly turned on by mgmt as it was controlled by them we happened to spend the night with no sleep and sweating whole night. Receptionists said they will decrease the temperature remotely but that never happened or ac not cooling. Terrible experience."

"This hotel is in a central location on Lake Como and within walking distance to many restaurants, the ferry, the funicular and other attractions. The “continental” breakfast was actually a huge breakfast buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, mimosas, coffee, deli meats, granola and juices…all delicious! Rooms are updated and very clean. My only complaint is concerning the flat, hard pillows but I also did not ask for a replacement which I should have done."

"Incredible views of the lake! Located a little further from the hustle and bustle of the town which provided us the tranquil, peaceful environment we prefer. But still close enough that we could just walk nearby to enjoy the shops, restaurants and people watching when we're in the mood. The whole property is clean and meticulously maintained. The staff were some of the nicest, most welcoming and helpful I've ever encountered. We stayed in the Tower Suite, highly recommend for its incredible views alone but everything was great. Suite was clean, bed was comfortable, recently renovated with a modern aesthetic. Amenities we enjoyed: free shuttle to and from the ferry (great if you have a lot of luggage), delicious free breakfast daily, and spa access with steam, sauna, ice and salt rooms (highly relaxing). Would stay here again without question!"

"This place ruined the “stay” portion of Milan for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, period. I was scalded trying to turn on the shower, it was not easy and when I finally got it to an over hot but liveable temp, it surged hotter every 30 seconds. The bar fridge was off,worked only with the room key. Not good for a fridge. The “bistro” served only previously frozen food and we were so tired we tried it anyway, resulting in my husband paying 15 euro for a frozen pizza that was cold. Sent it back and we walked out. Never ever again "
