"The staff was just okay and very unorganized. They don’t have keycards. They make you do an unexpected $100 deposit. The place is very run down although our bed and bathroom was clean they give you stained towels and watch you don’t slip in the bath tub. It appears they are trying to clean the place up. But again you get what you pay for on a budget."

"This place was a dump. Got there at 3:45 and was told room wasn’t finished being cleaned. Didn’t wait long but upon entering was very disappointed. Dead bugs in the heater/ac unit. Dusty, not sure the floor was wiped. It’s some sort of linoleum. Carpeting in hallways clearly hasn’t seen a vacuum in months. No tissues. Someone tried to enter our room while we were getting ready. Heard it so happening so threw the latch and the door bounced off. When we reported front desk said it was probably house keeping. After that I didn’t feel safe. In the morning my husband was going to shower and the spicket did not work. Seriously? When we reported that we were offered a different room to shower. No thanks. We had enough. We should have been reimbursed. I will stick to Hilton from now on. This was a 0 out of 10. Anyone that says differently needs their head examined. "

"We were very happy with availability for parking. The room size itself was goid but bathroom is on the small side. A better vending machine area would benefit this place, but we were otherwise happy with our stay. We'd book here again in the future!"

"The property itself was nice and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately our stay had some issues. We were in town for the Arnold Sports Festival and did not have any hot water in our room the entire time. We also reported that our TV was not working on Friday and were told someone would come fix it, but it was never repaired during our stay. When we asked about the hot water, the front desk mentioned there had been a fire previously and the boiler had gone out, and they were surprised no one had informed us ahead of time. It would have been helpful to know this before arriving. The property itself was nice, but not having hot water and a working TV for the weekend was very inconvenient."

"Did not actually have breakfast available. Keycard had to be reset once a day. Bathroom floor was wet when I checked in since the sink was left on before I came in. Burn marks in bed sheets. Could hear everything in every room, hallway or on other side of window, even a key falling on ground like it was 5 feet from me. "

"Despite being absolutely busy and our check in running over an hour behind, the front desk reception stayed cool and did great taking care of everyone and maintaining professionalism. "

"The absolute STENCH permeating this hotel is atrocious. It smells like vomit and waste - and it is SO bad that it has permeated my luggage on the drive home. I feel physically nauseous. Further, this location is a hub of nighttime arguments and “making up” afterwards. This was categorically the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I will never stay at a Red Roof again as long as I live."
