This hotel went above and beyond making our stay in Columbus, OH for a Bruno Mars concert memorable!! I think the staff tries very hard to make this a very good experience. It was extremely crowded due to the golf tournament and the track meet and they worked really hard to make it all work. I would definitely recommend going back.

It use to be way better. The overall operation need to be reviewed. Rooms were not clean, the amenities in the room are broken or misfit, hairs on the floor and in the tub, The lobby , lift and corridors were dirty. I use to stay with my family furing my visit to OSU. It is change to Motel or Super 6. Also, they charged $10 for parking. that was surprise, with all BS that they have secure and lock doors in parking. I use the parking, and it was never locked and i access it with no check. Its sad to see the property failed to keep up the operations. Use to be much better.

Overall, it was a good stay. We had some issues such as an unexpected parking fee of $10 per night, a broken curtain, a TV that had no guide for viewing and a toilet that broke during our stay. The good news was that after we reported the broken toilet it was promptly fixed. Lastly, the staff at the front desk need to explain that the $75 fee charged at the beginning of your stay will be held for up to 10 days after your stay. The explanation for this $75 fee is still unclear to me. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

When booking, it looked as though I would be able to walk to campus. This did not end up being true, but we still enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet, there were plenty of breakfast options and the staff was very helpful and friendly. While I do not think this was the fault of the hotel, getting into the parking lot was a little tricky and the roads closest to the hotel had street parking on both sides, making it very difficult to maneuver through the streets in my SUV.

I really can't say enough positive comments about the staff! We had several room "issues" and they were all taken care of very quickly. When we called about a bathroom issue, the maintenance person was almost there before we got back up to our room. We were locked out of our room 3 times due to an issue with the door lock mechanism, a real issue but we were assisted quickly until the maintenance person arrived (it was a holiday weekend!). Raphael was passing out room the last time and stopped his "mission" to help us. The front desk - Barbie and Annette were wonderful. Barbie had one guest that was really giving her a hard time and she handled it beautifully. Breakfast was alway a treat, we probably overdid it on the eating on our trip, not just at the hotel! This was our second time staying at this location and we are very satisfied with everything we experienced. Kudos to the Staff!!!

The size of room was very spacious. The bathroom did not have hand soap nor conditioner or shampoo. It look till the next morning to get it filled before check out. So others could shower. The breakfast lady lied about the biscuits having egg. She did not read the box. There was no coffee cups with lids. No waffles no option for those that do not eat turkey. I ask to read box no egg. My child is allergic. I was charged a 15.00 parking fee not listed on Expedia. And 100.00 charge before hand. Plus room charge make sure you have money up front. Over all wont be back.
