"The Buccaneer Beach Club was perfect stay. The staff friendly especially Candace at Front Desk. The grounds well kept. My room was immaculate. I would definitely stay there again. If there is a downside, which there is not. The Buccaneer does not host an eatery, but why would it. You have a kitchen to cook your own food. Microwave, hot stove, etc. Next door is the Salt Plage which has good food. Great staff too!"

"Four days before my arrival, I contacted the resort to let them know I would be celebrating my birthday and requested that my room be decorated. When I arrived a little after 12:00 p.m., I waited nearly three hours for my room to be ready, and it still wasn't decorated. I was told it would be done the following day, but it never happened. "Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, it was included in my booking and was plenty sufficient. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and my disabled guest was accommodated well. The venue has live entertainment on Thursdays which was well attended. It would have been perfect if there was a pool. Towels could have been cleaner as they had stains on them and looked yellowed."

"We loved the resort it was great, nothing fancy the way we like it, very relaxing and the Infinity pool was amazing and the staff was great. we had the Gardenview with king w/ TV w/ air conditioning set back loved it, The beachfront villa are to busy.
