The driver they provide for my transfer from the airport almost killed us twice because he was texting while driving. He also touched me several time on my arm/shoulder while talking. Asked me for tip several time during the ride and with all that i did not give any. Checkin was fast and they allowed an early one! Room was cozy but located next to the restaurant and very noisy. Oh and the window in the bathroom opens right on the tables of the restaurant.. For a fancy hotel it was very disappointing in the end. Id recommend going to casa Santa domingo or los pasos instead!

I stayed here last minute because my flight got canceled. Its a beautiful hotel. The rooms and grounds are beautiful. Very high end. I ate at the restaurant which was great. check in was easy.

We loved staying at this hotel in Antigua Guatemala! The restaurant is great, the rooms are beautiful and the location is fantastic, just 4 blocks from the Central Park with lots of stuff around. The only downsides are that the rooms don't have AC so it can get pretty warm sometimes, and the pool is only open from 7am to 11am bc it's next to the restaurant.

Just Beautiful.

Beautiful building, with small reception area near the entrance. Looking round there was a small bar hitch made a free welcome drink. A small centre courtyard with flowers and tables to eat alfresco if you wished. Upstairs hosted a small art gallery with some beautiful local artwork. Our room was on the ground floor, which consisted of small ensuit which was immaculate, soap, shower essentials inclusive. Bed

The place has antique feeling to it, but we were not able to book a dinner reservation eventhough we were guests at the hotel. The bathroom was nice with a big tub and complimentary salts but no hot water. The speakeasy bar was nice and cozy but no waiters and only one bar tender made the getting our drinks a less than pleasant experience

Beautiful property and people.

I was blown away by how beautiful the property was; the area was lush with gardens and views of the town. The staff were friendly and helpful. I went with my daughter and we felt safe and relaxed. The breakfast was delicious and the welcome cocktail a nice surprise.

Superb boutique hotel near Parque Central. They accomodated me with an early checkin which I greatly appreciated since I was back from the Acatenango volcano. The room was cozy, my small terrase as well. The breakfast was delicious. Had a great time, I recommend !
