Staff was very helpful and friendly. The courtyard is beautiful and calming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was HOT! A wonderful treat after many very cold showers.

Great location. Not immediately close to the center but a perfect distance for you to feel comfortable. Theres a balcony that looks straight to the volcano. The staff is amazing and attentive. Whatever we needed they immediately helped. Theres a nice restaurant and bakery about 2 blocks from the hotel. Overall we had an amazing experience here and would recommend.

Amazing hotel, helpful staff. Recommend “Porque No” restaurant on the same street. WiFi was excellent even for work zoom calls. Definitely highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great. It was very quiet, and the service was friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like was how dark the bathroom was. I could not see my face well enough to shave.

The location is perfect. It’s very quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the center. As other reviews have pointed out, the rooms near the reception can get very humid. There was a small air conditioner/humidifier in the room that helped but with only a couple of small windows, air circulation was lacking. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room was clean. The decor is charming, the internet is super fast, and breakfast is good (about $6 extra per day). Not bad if you can tolerate the humidity.

We had an excellent 2 night stay at Luna Maya. Communication was excellent, staff was very friendly. Room was clean and the location was good for us. We spent most of our time there out and about Antigua and only came back to the room later in the day. It was quiet at night and the upper terrace was excellent for viewing the Volcanos( Fuego) was very active. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room but there are plenty of coffee shops around the area. We would stay here again when we return to Antigua
