I stayed at Hotel Santa Catalina and overall, it was an okay experience, but there were a few issues. The hotel is well-located — it’s close to everything, and the staff is genuinely kind and helpful, which I really appreciated.
However, the room could use some improvements. There was no hot water, so I had to shower with cold water. The WiFi didn’t work, which was frustrating. I also found a bug in the room, the TV was outdated, and the bathroom mirror was placed too high — I couldn’t even see myself properly.
If you’re looking for a basic place with a good location and friendly staff, it might work for you. But if comfort, functionality, and amenities are important to you, this might not be the right fit.
