"Juan les Pins is a great location! Such a great beach vibe without so many crowds like Nice and Monaco. The studio is convenient to the beach but transportation is needed from the train station, too far to walk with luggage. Also the bed is a sofa bed that is not the best. The management was kind enough to bring another duvet as the mattress on the springs was too thin. If they could buy a good mattress topper this might fix the issue.
