Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort

"I really liked all the pools and the food and drinks at the pools. I felt like I never had to leave and could stay all day at the resort. It had about 6-7 pools, but one main big pool area had a kids slide, which my son loved. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. They were really flexible with check in and check out and were on top of all of or needs. I stayed for 6 days but could have spent two weeks here. One of my favorite hotels that I have ever stayed at. The only negative thing I can say is that for such a large resort and that many pools, they should add a kiddie pool area and way more slides. They definitely have the space for it and would attract more people."

"The hotel is situated approximately 150 feet from an 8 Lane Freeway not a great place if you’re a light sleeper even with earplugs I had phoned the hotel before booking and they assured me it was quiet inside and then they refused to refund my money for the remainder of my stay so I can move somewhere else so all in all not very happy with the experience"

"Beautiful property and great location, but front desk service needs improvement We recently stayed here for a week for our wedding trip. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the service experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The Positives: First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s nice, peaceful, and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for to relax. The pool area is excellent and well-maintained. We also want to give a shout-out to some of the staff members who were incredibly helpful and attentive during our stay and truly understood hospitality. Where the Hotel Could Improve: Unfortunately, the service at the front desk was a major letdown. The two people who checked us in were continually miserable and welcoming. We mentioned twice that this was our wedding trip, and it wasn’t acknowledged at all—not even with a simple "congratulations" or a card in the room. For a milestone trip, this felt incredibly cold and dismissive. While the property itself is wonderful, the management really needs to focus on training their front-of-house staff to be more welcoming and attentive to guests celebrating special occasions. It’s a great hotel, but consistent customer service would make it excellent."

"The hotel was under a much needed renovation. First room had no running water for a shower. Moved late in evening. Refrigerator didn’t work. Peeling wall paper. Dingy overall appearance. Wouldn’t let us cancel reservation. DO NOT go there."
