"Very beautiful property that needs some staff training and some love for the food & beverage options. - Upon arrival, it would be great for the valets to park your car instead of adding one more step to check-in that you have to self-park and meet the valet's golf cart with your luggage. PHX airport is a haul, and after schlepping our luggage through there, it just would have been nice to have one less step that was avoidable. - We had a painful almost 6 hour golf round that no one mentioned you had zero access to the clubhouse until we were on our way to the tee. You cannot have that design and not tell players when they check in to grab some food and beverage. The starters thanked us many times for our patience with the slow groups in front of us, but honestly, we were sooo hungry by the end of it, it sucked. - Food & beverage at the resort just needs to be leveled up . There is coffee in the lobby (no tea) which is about the equivalent of a Best Western, but there is a gorgeous espresso machine in the bar right next to it that they don't offer any morning drinks from. The place needs a coffee/tea shop. Every meal we had something major missing. One breakfast, missing a bagel from the smoked salmon bagel. One room service, no silverware/butter/salt or pepper. Its so close, but there is no QA on anything, and unfortunately, it affected us multiple times. - Marcella at the pool was great! She handled a large crowd well and offered great service."

"We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort. The rooms were very spacious and we loved the layout, which worked perfectly for our family. The resort has four pools (including a 21+ pool), so there were plenty of options whether we wanted family fun or a quieter atmosphere. Our kids especially loved the arcade room and the activities offered throughout the week. One of their favorite memories was tie-dyeing shirts and getting to pick out their own designs afterward. The activities coordinator was incredibly sweet and accommodating, which made the experience even better for the kids. The staff overall were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Between the great amenities, family-friendly activities, and comfortable rooms, it was a fantastic place for a family vacation. We would definitely come back in a heartbeat!"

"The room was so noisy from frwy traffic was awake all night. Manager was rude when she was told. She said we should have got up in the middle of the nigt and packed up and moved. "

"Cheap rate but we found out why upon arrival. The room we were given was filthy especially the floors both carpet and tile in the bathroom area. There were crusty stains on the carpet and the tile needed a good hard scrubbing. The fixtures looked like they were out of the 1970’s. I guess you get what you pay for. Most rates were $200+ at other locations but this one was $160 discounted to $130 and we found out why."

"The manager is great and the breakfast as well! The TV doesn't have a guide so I had to flip thru channels and write down the ones I liked. My BIG concern was the day of check out and my flight was canceled and asked to stay one hour later. The kid behind the counter told me I could stay till 11:15 and I told him I would do my best to be out by then. While I was checking out exactly at 11:15 he tapped on the door I told him hold on and he opened the door! Thank God I was decent and if anyone else stays there just make sure to lock that top lock so this can't happen to you! Other than that it's a decent place the manager is awesome just some of the workers have to be better with the customers."
