"We had a fantastic stay at Lara Barut Collection overall and would definitely recommend it. The hotel itself is spotless, cleanliness throughout the resort was exceptional, and all of the amenities were excellent. The staff across the hotel were helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. The Ultra All-Inclusive offering is a real highlight, especially being able to visit the à la carte restaurants multiple times during the stay. We did experience a few issues initially in the Italian restaurant, where the wrong drinks were served and some of the food arrived cold. However, to the hotel’s credit, we returned the following evening and the experience was much better. We also had a couple of service issues in the fine dining restaurant. One of our drinks was forgotten and we ended up waiting around 30 minutes before it arrived. Once we mentioned it, the staff quickly resolved the issue, and it was clear they had simply overlooked it. Despite that, the food itself was very good, and we noticed the service improved throughout our stay. One standout for us was the à la carte restaurant that doesn’t require a booking (Turunc). The atmosphere and service there were consistently excellent. A special mention has to go to Vedan who was absolutely brilliant throughout our visit, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He is a real asset to the hotel and made a lasting impression on our holiday experience. "

"From start to finish the holiday was absolutely amazing, something to keep everyone happy, lots of food choice - omg don’t think I’ve seen so much choice and some delicious authentic dishes alongside the usual buffet staples, always a coffee shop open for coffee, cake, ice cream or waffles, always a restaurant open from the many that there was on site and a choice of 12+ pools. Above all the staff in every capacity was simply brilliant and couldn’t do enough, always served with a smile and happy to chat, have stayed in many 5 stars but this is as good as any, well done everyone at Sherwood Exclusive Lara!"

"Room cleanliness can be improved, shower head leaking, bath mixer tap/shower not good at all, either hot or cold. Kitchen and lounge good size but no utensils. Breakfast can be better. Over all, just a very basic room, probably we expected more by reading previous positive reviews and Online pictures. "
