The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, and the culinary offerings were diverse and of high quality. Furthermore, the beach is conveniently located within walking distance and features an excellent beach and pool bar.

Solo trip

Can’t fault my stay, was relaxing and the staff truly are fantastic. Everyone was always so happy to help. Food was decent and they switched up with theme nights with a lot of the staples still available. Entertainment was really good fun, I didn’t know what to expect! As a solo man from Scotland it was strange being it a hotel full of German speakers but everyone was great and seemed like they were equally having a great time. I was the only Brit at the hotel so something to consider if that bothers you but I always felt welcome.

Great stay an Antalya!

Had a great experience. Wide selection of foods for the taste. Received excellent service from Ebru, Fatma at restaurants and Ali at sandwich bar. The room cleaners did an amazing job as well!

The property is nice but they need to upgrade food options. They also need to equip the rooms with charging ports. Staff needs to be more friendly while the guest are there and when they are leaving.

Food good. Staff friendly. Clean property. What we don't like is beach didn't have a pier into the water. Didn't have traditional bread Turkish bread making for guests to watch. Neighbor hotels very loud at night. Overall, great place!

Can do better...

Unfortunately we didn't hava the short vacation as expected. Firstly we arrived at 1am and wait around 40 minutes in the lobby. They didn't find our booking from Hotels.com. They then request us to pay a deposit but we already fully prepaid our booking. The guy at the reception wasn't aware about how works the booking system. I told him I am Hotels.com Gold Member but he even doesn't know what it's. His expression said "you can go anywhere else but I will not deliver you a room". Is he thinking that we will not pay!!! I said him we are Gold , means travelling a lot!! We finaly got a nice room but we were really upset all the night due to this unprofessional guy. Concerning the hotel side: room was ok very clean, nice balcony but old furniture, bathroom ok shampoo and shower gel wasn't good please take yourselves...the 1st day I was on the beach without towels because they don't have any towel desk in the beach side. I never see this process before! You need to transport go and back all your towels with you from the main building to the beach , I can say around 200 m one way and each day... Also you need to go to the Spa center for changing your towel every day and take them back to your room if you don't want to enter the restaurant with towels on your hands ! Restaurants meals are really good, desserts as well! During breakfast time you need to wait 5 to 10 min to got a lift hence even better to choose a room on 1st or 2nd floor :/ Water slides was closed we don't know why.

In die Jahre gekommenes 5 Sterne Hotel- eher kleiner im Vergleich zu den Riesigen Hotels in der Nähe. Bevor ich anfange, erst mal danke schön an der Rezeption an den Mitarbeiter Enes, der mit seiner professionellen Art unser Problem gelöst hat. Das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken ist sehr reichhaltig , vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Einfach nur lecker. Großes Kompliment an das Küchenteam ! Leider gibt es am Abend immer wieder Gäste, die mit Badelatschen und schnuddeligen Achselshirt zum Essen kommen, obwohl ein Hinweisschild vorhanden ist. Das finde ich nicht gut in einem 5-Sterne-Haus. Vielleicht sollte man seitens der Hotelleitung, diese Gäste noch mal zum "Umziehen" schicken. Das Italienische Spezialitäten-Restaurant können wir leider nicht empfehlen, da dort der Service nicht gut war und die Speisen nur lauwarm.Vielleicht wird dieses Problem ja inzwischen gelöst sein. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, nur durch einen gepflegten Garten getrennt, der Übergang zum Wasser ist kieselig. Nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit Privat-Transfer dauerte die Fahrt zum Hotel 25 Minuten. ***Ich würde diese Hotel weiter empfehlen***

Sehr freundliches Personal, alles zuvorkommend und absolut tolle Einrichtung…. Im Sport Raum gibt’s ein Squash Raum…. Das Essen ist einzigartig…. Ich habe bisher schon viele leckere Hotel Restaurants Besuch jedoch hat dieses Hotel alles übertroffen…. Sicherlich werde ich hier erneut herkommen

Es war alles sehr schön .Die Unterkunft sehr sauber , das Personal sehr hilfsbereit . Das Essen war absolut vielfältig und abwechslungsreich und die dort angebotenen Aktivitäten schön . Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr grün. Im Vergleich zu den Hotels in der Region ist verhältnismäßig eines der kleineren jedoch wird hier die Gastfreundschaft und Service groß geschrieben . Das Personal spricht ganz gutes Deutsch man kann sich also relativ einfach verständigen . Falls jemand sich eigenhändig unter das Land und Leute mischen will dem steht eine Bushaltestelle in ca 5 min Fußweg zur Verfügung . Dafür benötigt man allerdings eine aufladbare Buskarte (bekommt man am Flughafen auf dem oberen Deck der Bahnstation am Automaten oder auch in verschiedenen anderen Orten einfach in der Rezeption nachfragen )

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Man hatte Privatsphäre und konnte sehr gut entspannen. Außerdem hatte man direkten Zugang zum Strand Bzw. zum Meer und es gab kein Platzmangel bzgl. der Strandliegen. Jeden Abend gab es eine Veranstaltung für die großen und kleinen Besucher.
