Little bit tired rooms and bathroom , location is good but because of central location live music continues until mid night if you have kids and if your room is first floors that live music is too loud.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the Grand Bazaar and Kaleici. However there is a mosque right next door so expect to to woken up very early every morning. This hotel quite tired looking and is going through very significant renovation which I was not informed about when I booked it. The renovation work was quite disruptive although it was during the day as the workmen were using the main stairs and lifts to move building materials around. Also, the gym was closed for half of my stay and that was the main reason I chose this hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant.

I truly appreciate the attitude by the hotel manager who was kind enough to choose the right room for me during the check-in. The young people at the reception desk are outstanding — well trained, attentive, responsive to any need or request. I had some insignificant problems with electric lights in my room. The service was IMMEDIATE. The restaurant during breakfast offers a great variety of meals. People like Dene and Kibar there make you feel at home. PS. (The toilet seat in Room 809 definitely needs to be replaced).

Bon hôtel à 2 minutes de la vieille ville

Très bien situé à 2minutes à pied de la vieille ville! Personnel de la réception très sympa ! Personnel de la piscine peu souriant/peu empressé Piscine agréable Par contre, on n'a pas trop compris: l'hôtel est énorme et il n'y avait pas l'air d'avoir tant de clients que ça à ce moment-là de l'année et pourtant on nous a mis dans une chambre qui donnait directement sur la grande place (avec de la musique jusqu'à + de minuit le dimanche soir). Le wifi n'a jamais fonctionné

Not worth the price

Not a 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars near to 2 stars. Reception with very bad customer service. Poor breakfast and tasteless food. Wi-fi doesn't work. Extremely noisy air conditioning. Phone calls in our room at 2 A.M. and nobody knows who make them. The best thing is the pool, altough the hotel doesn't provide the towels.

Wide rooms and great location

Advantages of the hotel: Amazing location, swimming pool, varied breakfast, large rooms Disadvantages of the hotel: very old furniture in the rooms, bad smell in the hotel - needs a general upgrade in this hotel.
