"With respect to the rating and actual hotel experience, I was disappointed. The hotel has all good amenities that are usually part of an all-inclusive. Food quality and variety was acceptable and rooms/bathrooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing that was extremely bothersome was the way the staff pressurized the guests, including our group, for a positive feedback and review on google and hotels.com and similar websites. They are adamant and some staff even took the phone from polity guests and wrote and posted review on their behalf. The reviews are supposed to be unbiased and represent the true situation. This practice leads me to believe that the reviews and rating does not represent the true rating of the hotel. Will I come here again, I don't think so."

"We have had a joyful stay at Kaya Belek! The staff are very professional and helpful and the room is spacious and spotless. The food provided is international and properly cooked. It was a bit too cold for us to use the outdoor pool and the waterpark on site was refurbishing, but the indoor pool was heated at 28C and the kids enjoyed a lot in there too. Would definitely recommend! "

"Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe. Entire city is less active in winter not just resorts... as far as we could gather all resorts partially shut down in winter"

"Room sevislce average, the bed not clean and old, staff not professional all over, accept the bar staff they were good. the bed in the room was full of biting small bugs, can you imagine, we couldn't sleep at all , we kept complaining to the receptionist, then they sent a notice to the hotels guests that they the hotel wants to spray the rooms !! Cats were all over the hotels, in the restaurants , in the lobby, they jump all over none stop, the night entertainment was poor and boring, most guests they were playing cards because they were bored. The swimming pool was kept always colder than average, at 24 degrees, ansld sure never 28 degrees. And they had about 3 football teams as a guests in the hotel, unfortunately most of them they didn't obey the rools for the hygienic for the sauna and steam room etc. Finally, i felt sorry and upset that it was a waist of my money, especially in comparison to the hotel which we stayed in before this hotel. "Side turkey " even this hotel they it cost more then the previous hotel which we stayed in just before we moved to this hotel, "

"It was cheap, it was located well for my purposes, . parking next to front door, everything was kind-of okay, but....not much english - speaking people available, a bit creepy atmosphere (poor lightning maybe), no blanket! which was really strange"
