We had a wonderful last minute stay at this location. Everyone in the staff was very helpful and very friendly. The facility itself is nice and pretty large. The water park kept my son busy when it was open, and the food options were good. In general I have to say I really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel offered great activities, and the food was really good. However, unfortunately, the room let the experience down. There was a strong damp, musty smell, and the wall had extensive peeling paint and damaged plaster, with visible signs of possible water damage. As the shower was directly on the other side of the wall, I was concerned about potential water ingress or an underlying damp problem. It was disappointing to find the room in this condition, as I would expect a better standard of maintenance and comfort. Overall, the activities and food were highlights, but the condition of the room negatively affected the experience. Hopefully, the hotel will address the issue so future guests can enjoy their stay without these concerns.

This is a fake five star hotel due to the low quality service this hotel provides. There are multiple things you should be aware of before booking this hotel. -No iron is provided, instead staff ask to use laundry services at an extra cost. -The double bed did not have a big enough duvet for two people to share. When I asked reception to provide another single duvet, they provide only a thin bedsheet and that too was taken from the room from housekeeping team the next day. -Housekeeping missed a day of service. -The tvs remote was nowhere to be found. -Many bar staff were constantly on their phone, and at one point I had to wait for them before they got off their phone. I was literally standing in front for 30 secs before they could serve me. -The Alcohol was not the best quality, no cocktail ever tasted the same. -The beach was extremely cramped and not a great selection of food here either. The only positive I can say is that the hotel breakfast was lovely and the pool staff were very friendly. The Hammam and massage were relaxing with professional massage therapists who did a great job

Disappointing experience, especially for a honeymoon Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, particularly as we were visiting for our honeymoon. At check-in, I specifically mentioned that we were on our honeymoon and was told that this had been acknowledged. However, when we arrived, the staff told us that no honeymoon request had been noted. We were then asked to wait around 20–30 minutes while they saw what they could do. This was not the welcome we expected, especially for such a special occasion. The housekeeping service was also a major issue throughout our stay. After our first day, we showered and went down for dinner, and we simply asked if the bathroom could be refreshed and, mainly, if we could have our towels topped up. We were questioned about why we needed the room cleaned again when we had only checked in that day. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — we simply wanted fresh towels and the bathroom refreshed. On day two, our room was not cleaned until around 5pm. This became a daily issue, as the room was consistently being cleaned very late in the afternoon. We would have liked to return to a clean room around midday so that we could rest, freshen up and get ready for dinner, but this wasn’t possible. When the room was eventually cleaned, the standard of cleaning was also disappointing. The room was left in a mess, and fortunately the cleaners were still there when we returned, meaning I had to explain what had been missed. T

Fantastic hotel with excellent service, great facilities, and various pool options. The staff were kind and helpful, and gave us a tour upon arrival. Unfortunately, the kids’ area was not yet completed, but a small playground had been set up for the children. There was some noise due to construction of a new hotel right next door, but it was manageable. There were a few bazaars missing in the area, although Land of Legends is located just across the street — but it was a bit on the expensive side
