The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Staff were friendly, room Was clean. Food menus was decent. Leisure facilities average, jacuzzi had a strange smell and looked like it could do with a clean.

Moxy Birmingham NEC
Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Room was comfy, clean and well appointed. Breakfast choices were fantastic, would highly recommend!

There’s so much do in and outside the area! They offer a lot considering you are living in an outlet for retail, the do an amazing job of welcoming guests and notifying them about events, locations and facility times.

The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property. There was sufficient work and rest space, and all amenities were in place. It was close to transport and shops, a home away from home.
