"I arrived late in the evening and I was greeted by a staff member who showed me my apartment. I was expecting a small room but was pleasantly surprised to find myself being given a large 2 bedroom apartment that came with a modern shower room and a kitchen plus lounge room! "Paid for this hotel for a client through expedia and client got there only to find out it was fully booked.The hotel and epedia left him stranded. Refund has been processed as they claim but we are yet to get it.both the hotel and expedia did so badly this time"
