"Kiosk does not work, there was almost never anyone at the front desk. Condition i. My room was terrible, air conditioning did not work, floor was uneven, bathroom had constant wet spots from a leak coming out of the wall, sink was wobbly. Mold in multiple locations.

"Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful."
