"Absolutely loved everything about this property. The staff is so amazing and made our stay absolutely perfect! We are so excited to stay here again in our next trip to Folegandros"
"Our stay here was beautiful and fulfilling. Our room and view of the aqua bluewater beach below was comfortable and stylish with an awesome patio. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly and the setting more idyllic. Blue Sands is a very special property. Folegandros was the perfect island to relax and not overdo activities. There is plenty to do (water taxis & boat rides to beaches & other parts of the island) and the hotel has a driver on call who can easily take you to Chora, the main town, only about 15 min away. Chora is definitely worth visiting (we went multiple times) for Folegandros history, dining, shopping and yummy gelato. However, we loved the setting and the hotel so much, we found ourselves wanting to stay on the property relaxing on our patio, at the beach below or at the hotel dining patio. Blue Sands offers a good breakfast with the room and dining and drinks during the rest of the day. We loved our after dinner negronis made by friendly George, the bartender. I would defintely stay her again especially after a stay at a busier island (we were in Santorini prior) as this is a welcome contrast with it's gorgeous setting and gentle breezes. The only concern might be for those with accessibilty issues as the stairs can be uneven and a bit slippery and the short walk to the beach below is also steep. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!"
"A very nice boutique property conveniently located only a short walk to the main area. The property was clean, Stavros and his team were very friendly and accommodating, easy to communicate with and the daily fresh breakfast was a nice touch!"
"Excellent hotel. 5 minutes walk to the port and local bus to town which was excellent - bohemian, cosmopolitan vibe with so many lovely restaurants and a wonderful sunset spot high at the church.
The hotel and team were excellent. There is a minimalistic but quality feel to this hotel, so it was perfect to relax, amongst friendly, warm service. Very clean and excellent meals and quality cocktails. We loved the hotel, the local areas quaint bars, taverna's and the overall low key, mellow atmosphere, with the perfect 5 minute bus journey to have a little more hustle when desired
Thank you to the whole Anemi team."
"Our stay at Provalma was nothing short of incredible!
We were greeted by Yiannis, the hotel owner who arranged for transportation from the port straight to the hotel. He accommodated us with an early check-in and coordinated with local vendors an ATV rental during our stay.
The hotel houses 5 suites on the premise which guaranteed a very quiet and peaceful environment. The property was extremely cleanly and well maintained. One of our highlights was the included breakfast which was both generous and listed many homemade local delicacies (i.e traditional Greek pies, cheeses, jams, breads).
Located in Ano Meria, the hotel has breathtaking views of both the sunrise and sunset."
"Excellent stay, delicious breakfast every morning. The staff were wonderful helping us rent a car, travel around the island, recommending restaurants. We can't wait to come back and won't stay anywhere else on Folegandros. Thank you so much, Anasthasia and Angelo!"
