"Shower hot water took forever. Then after one shower the next shower was no hot water. We had to wait again for water to get hot. "

"Check-in lady was awesome & the price was the lowest last minute deal we could find. The water pressure was good & it did eventually heat up. AC worked great & the bed was comfortable. We had a king suite (N/S) which was decent size however this is an extremely old hotel and it looks every bit of it. There is a smoking/ns choice but it makes no difference… the entire place reeks of cigarettes & weed. BAD. It served its purpose 4 our 1 night stay & we will more than likely return if their rates stay competitive. I must say, I would not ever bring my kids due 2 very sketchy guests we encountered. "

"Staff was horrible. I called housekeeping multiple times and no one ever answered. I called the front desk from my room and again. No answer! I had to call the 1-800 number I found online just to order fresh towels to my room. The towels NEVER CAME!! I spent 2.5 days there with the same towels. Thoroughly disappointed with this place. "

"There was no lighting over the mirror in the bathroom. Very hard to put makeup on. Finally use a flashlight that helped a little. I know it's in the middle of reconstruction but i think they should put some light over the mirror. "
