Convenient location and newer condition

The lobby is on 2nd floor, we have problem to get in the building. More instructions on the door will be helpful. Room is new and spacious. We don’t use much of the kitchen but found the frying pan needs to be replaced. Beds are comfortable. Lots of restaurants/stores nearby but not noisy.

Wonderful..nearby carrefour market and walkable to the annemasse train station and the geneva tram lone stop at parc gardens.the price is affordable for a complete appartment in the city...the reception was helpful too and friendly staff..the staff speak both english and french and were quite helpful..so many other shopping malls and restaurants in the area..I loved my stay.

Was very nice Hostel and it was good because near to the Annemasse station 25- 30 min very easy to go to Geneva I enjoyed my holiday for that. Also, people are working in the hostel was very nice and helpful.

The apartment was very nice and the staff accommodating. We had a loud guest above us on our first night, and the staff immediately gave us a top floor room, no fuss at all. We'd definitely stay there again. Location is excellent. Parking is difficult and expensive, but that's not specific to this property....that's the whole area.

The place is beautiful, the staff didn’t speak much English , but they so tried , bless them, Coco and Yasin were so helpful and also the 2 ladies we met at checkout on the 2nd September 2025 They were so very helpful It’s a hotel with kitchen, after spending 3 nights with takeaway , we were just so happy to get a kitchen to cook , there are shops nearby , one just next to the train station , if you want a good picture perfect village , get on the train and go to Annecy for just 5 euro . There is nothing much to see in Annemasse . But this kitchen hotel is lovely , bars, restaurants and Monoprix shop just seconds literally across the hotel

It was a spacious room including cooking and dining area. It provides almost every kitchen facilities like coffee maker, heat plates, microwave, and even dish washer. But it was a bit cold to me. I slept well though.

Place was great once I found it, google maps took me to an area around the corner. Was perfect for a quick overnight before heading to Geneva airport. 5 min walk to train, then short ride to airport. Keep in mind the front desk is only staffed until 9pm, which was close for me. I notified the hotel via messaging and didn’t hear back. It did end up working out. Place was clean and cozy, a bit outdated but that’s no biggie. No A/C so had to open the window. Lots of activity outside until late into the evening. Wasn’t an issue for me but worth mentioning.

Hotel is located in the busy town centre, so the surrounding area could feel safer, including the car parks. No parking included. Wasn't told before my arrival. Used tissue found on bathroom floor. When I entered (another guest let me in), I panicked : the hallway light had been out, I couldn't see the reception, so I assumed they had left 1 hour early (based on the previous reviews). I was texted my room number which didn't open the key safe. None of the phone numbers worked, including the one above the safe. A kind and very helpful staff member came down to get me because ... the reception is on level 1 (1st floor) - this needs to be added to Expedia.

Great base to get into Geneva. Trains leave every 10 mins or so from the station that is a 10 min walk away.You can get an all day train ticket to use to and from Geneva and all transport in Geneva for about £12 for 24 hours , Excellent value. Also , its easy and cheap to get to the hotel from Geneva airport , costs about £5 if that. Train to Annecy is also a MUST .

Overall good. Some issues were: breakfast was identical every day, not great for long stays, nothing warm. The bathroom was large but the shower very tiny. But in the end, it was nice

Chambre très propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer quelques jours : savon, éponges en plus des linges... L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout se fait à pied. Malheureusement pas de place de parking associée à l'établissement, mais on peut en trouver pas loin.
