Not a very good experience.

Lousy place. No aircondition, had to leave 90 euros in cash to have some fans in the room. Dirty floors in the kitchen. Almost no toilet paper. Receptionists were not very interested in our wellbeing, very impersonal. Maybe this works in April and September/oktober. Expensive breakfast that we declined. Far from the city center as well. Better to use some more money to stay in the center and actually have a nice stay. Didn’t feel quite safe either with lots of people probably having long term stays, drinking etc.

Really clean room and bathroom, no air conditioning but other than that it was great. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking proper meals and the hotel is close to an Aldi for shopping and a bus stop for getting into town. Good shutter on the window to prevent bugs.

Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day.

Good: quiet Bad. Its like a college dorm in a parking lot. Tired and needs to be blown up and redone. Sheer curtains only where everyone can look in. Brown and yellow decor like the sixties. Large place outside with just conctrete and cars. with not one seat to sit outside. Nowhere. The bathroom and kitchen was disgusting. Old and dirty.

A little crowded for 4 adults

We were 2 Couples traveling together .. we saw the photos on hotels.com, and it look as if both rooms were seperate with a bathroom in the hallway... this was not the case... the bathroom is ensuite with the bedroom, so the couple in livingroom had to walk through the bedroom to get to bathroom... this was not good. PLEASE .. in description of your apartment... call this an en suite bathroom.. or make the photos more reliable...then we would have known and not booked it, or booked 2 rooms...

Not that Zen! Staff training required!

Group of friends staying over for a 3 days seminar in town, we chose this residence for its location and mix of inventory in apartments. The studios are of a good set up. The bathroom and shower is spacious. The mattresses and linen of good quality. The kitchenette is well equipped and allows one to cook with all equipment provided. You can also order food and drinks at the reception. The set up of 14 series is a bit awkward for a twin with a wall separation, Not the best for a couple but ok for friends. Unfortunately the receptionist was not able to do a room change as the hotel was full. The hotel has no AC and the room was extremely hot. We got to know from other friends staying with our group that we could borrow fans with a 20 euro deposit for each piece. The residence welcomes short and long term residents. It kind be very noisy with some neighbors especially during weekends. Try to avoid rooms facing the outdoor car park. Overall the stay was not bad. Unfortunately I had a very bad interaction with the check out receptionist, Despite the fact that I had informed the hotel of a change in one of my booking. I was overcharged. When I tried to discuss with the employee, she was very stubborn, unpolite and unprofessional with me and did not solve the issue. Staff is overall not well trained and unprofessional. understand that Horeca in France is going through challenges but there is no reason that the customer being treated this way. Unacceptable. Will not return.

Appartement très bien pour un court séjour. Appartement propre, bien équipé. Le linge de toilette est bien fourni. Le personnel est très accueillant. Toutes les informations pour notre séjour, nous ont été données. Nous avons utilisé le parking extérieur, très proche de l'entrée de l'immeuble (emplacements en nombre assez grand). Bon rapport qualité prix. Je louerai encore pour un prochain séjour à Annecy.
