Really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful hotel. We were given an upgrade and had a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our special occasion. Staff were all so nice. Perfect spot on Lake Annecy. Will definitely be back

Truly a great hotel, expensive perhaps, but worth it. Only small criticism was the separate toilet, which was really tiny if you are six foot tall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Lovely Hotel on the edge of the lake, very polite staff who even let me try my French. Room was large and comfortable, and bed was also comfortable. The spa was very relaxing and readily available. The food was very good, and substantial. it would have been helpful to have a larger range of smaller snacks at the bar

We had wonderful stay at this gorgeous property and the staff was wonderful. A special mention to Marjorie in Reception! She was so friendly and so helpful and welcoming! Also Yann I believe who was working in the dining area was so gracious!!! We can't wait to go back!!!

We love L'imperial Palace

The staff at L'imperial were all incredibly wonderful and really made this stay special, thank you all. The restaurant at the hotel was so good that we barely ate anywhere else! We had a wonderful view in our room and the location was perfect for a bike ride to any beach or to the town.
