This is a fabulous find for those staying in Annecy! Quiet, secure hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast is a treat—wonderful selection of local fruit, fresh eggs, excellent croissants and fresh yogurt!

This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large by European standards and modern and very clean. The parking lot is located behind the hotel which we accidentally found when we drove past finding no spots and were circling around. It is right next to a lovely garden. We very much enjoyed this place. We walked all over the old town and found a great restaurant (Bon Pain Bon Vin). Loved our time in Annecy.

This property is well located. The reception area is very welcoming and cosy. The room is a good size with sufficient room for luggage. We love the breakfast, not elaborate but plenty adequate. We love the staff. Very helpful, always with a smile. Glad we found this place.

We loved Les Terrases

Apart from there being no one in Reception and the hotel being closed when we and other guests arrived, we had no complaints. The hotel exterior may look a little tired, but inside it is very comfortable. It is well located, parking is good and the garden is an oasis of calm. Breakfast is excellent value, the breakfast room is delightful and the staff very efficient. We would happily return. A laundry service would have been nice.

Nice little hotel Bedroom size okay for a few days chambre standard. Great that it had a little fridge in the room. I didn't get a chance to go in the garden,but it is rare to have this in town, great plus

Hôtel à recommander pour un séjour sur Annecy

Hôtel impeccable, service parfait, un jardin en plein centre ville très agréable et calme. Les chambres sont confortables et disposent d'une climatisation très appréciable avec les températures que nous avons eu. Nous sommes à 10 minutes à pied du vieux Annecy, la gare est à côté mais on entend pas les trains.

un hôtel indépendant de belle qualité bien situé

Très belle surface pour la chambre, un couloir dans la chambre qui isole des bruits de mouvements. un très grand lit et un grand canapé. Chambre située au 2eme étage et un léger bruit de moteur sur le toit qui est tout de même ennuyeux (une clim ? le système de chauffage .... ?) On apprécie toujours de côté montagnard moderne de la chambre

Très agréable hôtel familial. Je n’y ai passé qu’une nuit mais je reviendrai. Ambiance chaleureuse, personnel sympathique et accueillant, chambre cosy et propre avec une bonne literie. Proche du centre historique. Je recommande vivement.
