"The rooms, breakfast and service are great! The location is a little off. It is worthstaying if you arrive late from the airport or needs to get to the airport fast."

"Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room. We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub. Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top...

"Swiss airlines lost out luggage so we stay here for one night since it’s really close to NAP airport. Once we mentioned about our luggage’s the front desk offered free toothbrushes and toothpaste, which we truly appreciated =) The pizza over dinner and breakfast selection were amazing! Also easy parking."

"The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water."

"We loved staying here for our family vacation. We traveled all throughout Naples, Rome and Amalfi areas. We especially loved how close it was to the train, the local taxi driver Giulio, and that there was free breakfast and air conditioning. This place is nice neat and simple and gives you all that you need. Saves money staying here vs staying closer to Amalfi. We loved being in between Rome and the coast. We were super close to Pompeii also. Great location"

"The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful outside space. The lemon grove where you can have a meal or simply sit and relax with a drink is fantastic. The staff overall are very friendly and helpful but, at busy times, we found it difficult to get service whilst sat outside for a drink. The electrics in the bedroom were a bit confusing - lots of switches that did not seem to do anything, and there were no power points on either side of the bed which was inconvenient. Everything we needed was within walking distance and if we wanted to venture further a taxi rank was just around the corner. "We stayed in the annex building and the view was truly breathtaking. The room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels, bathrobes and towel warmers and we stayed in the balcony suite. It always smelt so good on our walk over because of the lemon garden and the whole hotel staff made our trip truly unforgettable. Towards the end of the trip the staff anticipated how we would like our coffees and I have never had such great hospitality in a hotel! I hope to return one day to this beautiful...

"The hotel was wonderful, room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the balcony during our stay. Getting to the hotel was challenging since I was with elderly parents who had difficulty walking up steps. There were two ways to get to the hotel, either go up 250 steps from their sister hotel or go around the city via local bus (also a walk from the pier) then take 70 steps down to the hotel. The hotel did have a free porter service which was wonderful. "
