"From the time we entered the property it showed, class, cleanliness and nice lighting and decor. Checking in was easy and fast.
We were helped with our luggage all the way to our room. The room was perfect, modern decor. All you would need for a business trip and more. Nice comfy sofa, table and 3 chairs. With a full size fridge, microwave, coffee machine with complementary coffee and tea, silverware, plates and cups. Comfy bed and linen. Big smart TV.

"When we checked in, they have upgraded our room at no charge. The Spa is beautiful. Dining options are limited, however the hotel conveniently located in the heart of the city. The concierge was enormously helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our trip. "
"Amazing Hotel, staff couldn’t be nicer , speak both Spanish and English. Very welcoming and helpful . The rooms are amazing, I was on the 6th floor , Amberes street facing, view was spectacular. Sound from the clubs at night was loud especially from Friday but you get used to it. if not they have earplugs in the room and you can also get a white noise generator to help if needed or they can move you to an inner facing room if it’s bad and you ask. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Plenty of storage...
