Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was clean and we had hot water, well one snacks, a refrigerator, and a washer/dryer. There was a strong security guard at the entrance, and the location was very safe. It was conveniently located for going out anywhere, and the host's hospitality was palpable. Thank you very much.

This property was extremely clean and well furnished. There is 24/7 gated access, which was excellent. The laundry room within the rental unit was a fantastic convenience. The property is located in a very safe and clean area and is within walking distance of a Walmart neighborhood market and some dining options. There is onsite parking, but it's underground and you have to access it by driving on to an elevator and then an employee will lower you to a parking level. The elevator that your car goes on is *extremely* narrow and will damage your car if you do not pull or back in precisely. I do not recommend parking anything other than a compact car here.

Fantastic value and a comfortable arrangement. I think the only zonk I gotta give it is that there's NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! This, by the way, is not the fault of the property owner; in Mexico city, most houses and apartments do not have AC because most of the year it stays around 65-75 Fahrenheit. However, when I visited, it was a bit hotter, like mid-80s, which was too hot for me without AC. If you NEED AC, go for a traditional hotel, as most business/hotel buildings have central AC. This is more like a converted apartment building that's being used as a family suite hotel. Overall, great experience!

We had an amazing stay at Kolben Nuoma. The place is very clean with essentials like a laundry area in a closed balcony. The staff was wonderful and always there to greet no matter time of the day. We love the location a lot. Walkable to many attractions but situated in a very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe at night walking to close by restaurants.
